Our Return & Refund Policy

At The Mystic Maven by Avni, we strive to provide a fulfilling experience with our products and services. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. Below is our clear and simple refund and return policy.

Returns:

We only accept returns if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Return Process

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • To initiate a return, email us at avni@themysticmaven.in with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 10 days of approval.

  • Once received and inspected, we will process an exchange or refund, depending on availability.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for spell jars, oils, or any energy-based products unless the item arrives damaged due to transit (e.g., broken packaging or spillage).

  • Liquid-based products (such as oils and spell jars) are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if a replacement is unavailable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Spells, rituals, or any energy-based work once performed

    • Consultations, tarot readings, or any digital service once completed

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if the return is accepted, processed, and successfully delivered to us.

  1. Follow the return process above.

  2. Once the return is approved, processed, and received, we will initiate an exchange based on product availability.

  3. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, processing begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

  • For services such as tarot readings or healing sessions, cancellations are allowed up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Spells, rituals, or energy-based work

  • Digital products (readings, consultations, courses)

  • Spell jars, oils, and liquid-based products (unless damaged in transit)

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount
